The place that once caused pain,
now promotes healing.

Perhaps it seemed that the agony of wounds would always speak louder and,
in bitterness, we would always be slaves to those who caused them.

But we desire wholeness, we want to be complete,
to find the part that is missing, to recompose our identity.

Therefore, despite the suffering, we rise,
we gather our shards, we sift through, moisten, and reshape them.

We till this soil and create a beautiful garden. Our ripened fruits
carry the lessons we have learned. Thus, we distribute them to wounded souls like us.

What was meant to stop us ended up becoming fuel for us to advance swiftly.
And in the end, we notice that the open wounds have become spaces to plant seeds of hope.
